Paul Popham Careline and Councelling Services

You may be missing the usual face-to-face support we offer, but our telephone counselling services and carelines are always available to help support you and your family at this time.

Careline: 0800 038 8989

Our Careline is available from 9:00am – 6:00pm, 7 days a week!

It is run by the charity’s Peer Mentor Service Team, who are kidney patients, carers or family members who have been trained to become volunteers for the charity. They have first hand knowledge of what patients are going through during this time and can offer advice, information, support or even simply a friendly voice to chat to.

If patients, carers or family members would like to chat to a Peer Mentor outside of these hours or would like the volunteer to call them at a pre-arranged time, please call or email to organise this.
