If you are an organisation or clinical professional working in the kidney care field, we can offer support in a variety of ways:
- The Paul Popham Peer support service links people living with kidney disease, to share their personal knowledge and experiences of living with the condition. You can access our peer support service and book a visit to your unit at a pre-arranged time, allowing our peers to chat to patients while they are dialysing.
- We can help with grants for individual patients and units or hospitals, providing funding for items and courses that can not be funded by the NHS.
- We can also provide counselling from a trained therapist who will listen and advise on ways to deal with emotional and mental health issues.
- You can also access our reports to find out the latest facts, figures and findings regarding renal care in Wales.
